Product description

Steel clips is for fastening the steel grating ,which is made by bearing bar and cross bar according to the flat-steel weft arrangement, in high-pressure spacing on resistance welder welded by cutting, incision, opening, overlock process such as processing and into customer requirements finished products.

Specification

steel grating saddle clip/installation fastener Types:   type A, type B, type C, universal type

Type A: comprising of a top clip with double saddle, a lower clamp with teeth and an M8 inner-hexagon-circular-stud bolt.

Type B: comprising of a top clip with double saddle(of which one saddle can secure the two bearing bars of adjacent panels) a lower clamp with teeth and an M8 inner-hexagon-circular-stud bolt.

Type C:  comprising of a top clip with double saddle, and an M8 hexagon-headed bolt which can be welded to the support member.

Packaging Details: pallet or nude pack or packing as the customers' request

Installation

1.      There are two ways of installation for grating. One way is by welding and the other is by installation fastener, the welding method is suitable for those parts which will be fixed forever. Such as platforms for equipments. While the method by installation fastener has the properties of easy to assemble and disassemble and of preventing destroying the zinc layer.

2.      Installation fastener is suitable for all types of gratings, it is made of up-fastener, down-fastener and inside turret cylinder bolt MB.

3.      Welding method is angle welding at the first bearing bar of every corners on the grating. Welding seam of which is not less than 20mm in length and less than 3mm in height.

4.      It at least needs four sets of installation fasteners on every grating to fix. You had better install more fasteners on the supportable construction when the span is large.

5.      We can supply stainless steel installation fastener to satisfy our customer.

6.      Please indicate clearly the type, quantity and material when you purchase installation fastener.

How to order:

1.Kindly indicate the specifications ,sizes ,quantities ,and required surface treatment .

2.Give type and quantity of fastener .In principle ,each piece of grating needs four set of fasteners.

3.Please offer construction plan when big floor areas are required to cover with steel gratings .Also provide constructional elevation drawing and joint details as well as the section size and location of supporting steel beam ,if any openings are required on such floor areas.

4.When ordering stair treads ,please state out types of stair treads ,and the specification ,length ,width ,quantity and required surface treatment for gratings used.
